I. Papers the student has to give to IEEC:
□1、《外籍人员来青登记表》4份，须填写完整，字迹清晰。
Fill in the Registration Form for Foreigners Moving to Qinghai (4 copies). This needs to be completed fully and in a clear handwriting.
□2、留学生《个人简历及基本情况表》4份，请详细、如实填写。
Fill in the Resume and General Information form for international students (2 copies). This form needs to be completed truly and precisely (up to the present).
□3、《接受来华留学生学习备案表》3份，要求内容完整真实，字迹工整清晰，接受单位，教育行政部门和公安部门印章，签发人，签发日期等要素齐全。
Fill in the Form for File on International Students in China (3 copies). The form should be completed truly and fully. The handwriting should be neat and clear. It needs to be stamped by the school, the Administrative Department of Education and the Public Security Department. The issuer and the date of issue should also be stated clearly.
□4、《外籍留学生入学申请书》2份
Fill in the Application Form for International Studies. (2 copies)
□5、留学生本人护照及签证复印件，各4份。
Copies of the student’s passport and visa. (4 copies each)
□6、相关学历证书或证明复印件，各4份。
Copies of the student's highest Academic Degree. (4 copies)
□7、拟来青学习的外籍留学生如果曾在中国工作学习过，须提供原工作学习单位出具的相关证明或推荐函，4份。
If the foreign student has already worked or studied in China, he needs to provide an original certificate or letter of recommendation from all the work units and schools he has attended previously. (4 copies each)
□8、如果有家属陪读，需提供家属及子女的护照复印件，结婚证、及结婚认证证明，子女的出生证、及出生认证证明各4份。
If family members are planning to move to China with the applicant, copies of the passports of the spouse and children, of the marriage certificate and the children's birth certificates should be provided. The marriage certificate and the children's birth certificates need to be authenticated by a Chinese embassy or consulate in the applicant's country of origin. (4 copies each)
□9、无犯罪记录证明4份。
The applicant's Certificate of Non-Criminal Record. (4 copies)
□10、健康证明4份
The international student's Health certificate. (4 copies)
All the documents should be presented in English and Chinese. All the certificates that are not in Chinese originally need to accompanied by a translation of the main information they contain.
